Reducing drop-off rates during event registration
Research found users dropped off during registration's last step due to unclear optional company selection.
This led to revenue loss as users who couldn't find desired matches abandoned registration.
Key issues
Various user names: service partners, suppliers, exhibitors
Clarify to the user that this step is optional
No need to ask the user to click on the logo, it’s a common UI
Solution
Revise copy to emphasize the choice in selecting a solution provider
Monitor the drop-off rates to measure success
Continuously gather and analyze user feedback for improvement

Explaining the consequence of pausing/reactivating their campaign
Key issue -
Many users, upon pausing their campaigns, are unaware of the immediate ramifications: the loss of visibility among buyers, the inability to make meeting requests, and the auto-cancellation of pre-scheduled meetings. This lack of clarity results in missed opportunities and unexpected disruptions in user engagements.
